On the afternoon of March 13, the China Industry Association organized relevant experts to re-evaluate the China Medical and Health Nano-modified Nonwoven Material R&D Base (Jiangsu). Relying on Jiangsu Shengfang Nano Technology Materials Co., Ltd., the base was established in 2016. It is committed to realize the multi-functionalization of spunmelt nonwoven materials through nano modification. After three years of hard work, Major breakthroughs have been achieved in component melt-blown compounding. Among them, the single fiber fineness of spunbond filaments and meltblown fibers has been greatly reduced, which has significantly improved the softness, uniformity and comfort of nonwoven materials; joint research and breakthroughs in fiber polymerization modification technology have made nonwoven materials hydrophilic, Antibacterial, deodorant, super soft, antistatic, flame retardant and other functions. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the key common technology research and industrialization of nano-modified nonwoven materials, strengthen basic research and application technology development, and continue to break through technical bottlenecks such as fiber refinement and finishing.

      After on-site inspection, material review, hearing reports, and inquiries and discussions, the expert group affirmed the achievements of the re-evaluation base in terms of technical research, market development, economic and social benefits, and believed that the base has a complete product system, reasonable structure, and clear planning. Strengthen personnel training, strengthen green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing research, strengthen international exchanges, and attach importance to cutting-edge technology research and the distribution and protection of intellectual property rights. It is recommended that the base pass the re-evaluation.
